The School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi is an international university whose mission is to promote teaching, research and dissemination of knowledge in the fields of leadership and management of hospitality and tourism businesses.Â
It aims to contribute to the scientific, social and human training of professionally competent people aware of their responsibility to cooperate in the development of tourism as humanizing global phenomenon and as specific activity of individuals and societies.Â
HTSI has an important global network of partner universities that enables the exchange of training, teaching and research at the highest level.
HTSI belongs to leading international associations in the tourism and educational environment (ATLAS and UNWTO), which allows the school to position itself in knowledge exchange forums to maintain educational innovation.

This year, it was declared the 2nd-best university institution in Spain in the field of Hospitality & Leisure Management by QS World University Ranking by Subjects 2020.Â
The Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management offered by the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (URL) is the best bachelor’s program in tourism in Catalonia and the 5th-best in Spain, according to El Mundo newspaper’s annual ranking.
The Master’s Degree in Business Tourism and Events is among Spain’s 5 best master’s programs specialized in tourism, according to El Mundo newspaper’s annual ranking. This program, which came in at nº 5, is notable for its close relationship with the sector, as well as the opportunities for networking participants enjoy.
Ramon Llull University (URL), which includes the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi, has been named the 6th-best university in Spain and the 4th-best in Catalonia in terms of performance. This is according to the annual ranking by the Conocimiento y Desarrollo Foundation (CYD).
