Masters Education Technology and Instructional Design
The Master in Education Technology and Instructional Design prepares teachers and instructors to achieve advanced skills in curriculum, instruction, technology integration, and leadership in the educational environments.
The curriculum incorporates the latest research in learning theory, educational technology, and instructional design principles by combining real-world applications and practical skills.
By the end of the program, you will develop the skills and knowledge to integrate educational technology into your classroom and further engage and develop your students.
Students from the Master will learn how to:
• Integrate online emerging technologies into the curriculum
• Use technology into their daily learning activity and in the classrooms
• Understand the principles of mobile learning
• Use technology to support student learning and make it more effective
• Create multimedia and web-based contents
• Conduct research on the impact of new technologies in education and learning
In order to access the Masters with their own degree from MIA Digital University, students must hold:
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree (issued by a Spanish or a international university /higher education institutions).
• Bachelor or high school diploma
• Updated curriculum vitae
• Language certificate if you choose to study in a language that is not the student’s mother tongue
• Copy of identity card or passport
Requirements to get a Spanish student visa?
Before you schedule an appointment at the Spanish Embassy in your country there are a few documents you need to have ready. These visa preparation documents highly vary per nationality and sometimes even per state department of your country. See here a list of requirements that usually need to be presented.
• National visa application form
• Biometric pictures
• Passport with expiry date at least 6 months past the date you are applying for
• Health Insurance Letter from Spanish provider
• Medical Examination, following the current requirements of the Spanish Health Association
• Accommodation Letter
• Bank statement, showing that you can financially sustain yourself during your whole stay in Spain (this amount varies every year, contact us for the up-to-date requirements)
• Invitation and offer letter from a Spanish academic institution
• Visa fees paid
• Most of these documents need to be translated into Spanish by a sworn translator and legalized by the notary or Spanish authorities, depending on your country of origin.
